Online Order Information

- Ordering online at Cross.com is quick and easy.
- Simply click the "add to cart" button or "customize" button just below the item that you would like to
purchase.
- Once you click the button to add the item, your shopping cart will appear automatically on the right side of your screen.
- Click the "checkout" button when you are finished shopping, or view cart if you would like to modify your order.
- Once you complete the check-out screens, you will be prompted to fill in your credit card information. Please do not use any hyphens or spaces.
- Be sure that the Bill-To information is as it appears on your card's account, then click purchase and your order will be sent over a secure server to be processed.
- Orders are processed when the payment method has been verified. No charges are made until the order has been shipped. You will be notified via email when the order has been shipped.

- Ordering on-line is safe and secure. We utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology,
the industry standard for transferring sensitive information over
the Internet. When you enter any personal information on-line,
it is encrypted so others cannot access it.

Online Order Status

- Please call our Customer Service Department at 866-227-4032 if you have any
questions regarding your order. You can check your order's status online by clicking here,
please have your confirmation number ready; Open-Status means your order has been accepted, but is still being fulfilled, Shipped-Status means it is on its way!

Shipping Information
|

- Note: All orders take a minimum of 4 business days to process, prior to shipping.
- An additional 2 days must be added for orders made on Fridays.
- Ex: Using a 2nd-day service - orders should be received within 6 business days.
- Overnight Service - About 5 business days.
- Basic Ground may take 10 to 12 business days.
- UPS and FedEx cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Shipment is normally within 5 to 7 business days, but up to 30 days must be allowed for shipment.
- U.S.A shipments only. Sorry, U.S. territories excluded.

Sales Tax

- Appropriate sales tax will be added to orders shipped to Florida, California, Ohio, New York, Michigan,
Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

- A packing slip is included with your order and your purchase will be posted on your
credit card statement. We also suggest that you print or capture your confirmation page as a receipt.
